Rules

War Rules

  • Respect other members
    • We do not tolerate any abuse or discrimination​
  • Although we are an international clan, members must speak English
  • Keep the chat family-friendly -- no swearing or adult content
  • Maintain at least a 1:10 donation ratio
    • Members are encouraged to request frequently & to open their request to troops of any level​
  • When joining the clan, use the password
    • This is to prevent war spies​
  • Members must complete at least one challenge during clan games
    • If they fail to do so, they will be kicked​
  • Discord is highly encouraged

  • If you are opted into war, use your attacks & follow the war plan
  • 1st attacks should be made in the first 8 hours against the base below a player's mirror (mirror -1)
  • 2nd attacks should be made after the first 8 hours & should focus on 3-starring the highest base reasonably possible
    • Respect called bases​
    • If all the reasonably possible bases have been cleared, attack for practice or loot
  • Deviation from the war plan must be approved by a co-leader
  • Defending & attacking war clan castles should be filled with max level troops
  • 1 missed attack in war = 1 strike​
    • Players who amass 3 strikes will be demoted/kicked for the duration of the strikes​
    • Strikes expire after 3 weeks
    • Attacks that do not follow the war plan may receive strikes at a co-leader's discretion
  • During CWL, the best lineup competes
    • Participation is optional but encouraged​
    • Players should attack their mirror or an attempted base with easier stars to achieve

Ranks

​Elder:
​
  • The gatekeepers of the clan
    • Welcome new members
    • Ensure clanmates understand the rules ​
    • Kick very problematic members in time-sensitive circumstances
  • Minimum two-week membership
  • Displays an understanding of the rules & culture of Staff Bearers
  • Actively participates in clan chat, donations & requests
    • War participation is recommended​

Co-Leader:
​
  • Minimum two-month membership
  • Displays an understanding of the rules & culture of Staff Bearers beyond the typical member
  • Actively makes the clan a better place
  • Is willing accept additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the clan
    • Addressing concerns & questions of members
    • Participation in regular discussions about current rules & policies, promotions, as well as future improvements
    • Strike tracking & addressing problematic behaviour​
  • Has joined the clan discord
  • Promotion to co-leader is ultimately decided on by discussion amongst the current leadership
